Shadowpact

Nightmaster, Nightshade and Ragman fight for their lives against the Unboard; Nightmaster learns more about his sword. They must reach a city emitting a column of light, for it is source of interference that prevents Nightshade from forming a portal. In a dimension between Earth and that of Homo magi, Blue Devil battles endless ranks of Homo magi. Some of them look like Nightmaster, and then Wild Hunt appears... and attacks them! It turns out that this pack is the transformed Rex, The Wonder Dog, sent undercover to find out who ordered the Wild Hunt after them, and a few of his friends. They discovered Blue Devil fighting the Homo magi and decided to help him out. Meanwhile, Nightmaster, Nightshade and Ragman are growing thirsty and hungry. Then they're approached by a group of children who ask them the meaning of life. When they don't give the same answer the Unbound would, the children elect to trust them. And tell them the city is Arcady, the capital of Myrra, where Nightmaster gained his sword and powers. But it's ruined!
