Nightwing's been tailing Raptor, a villain new to the scene in New York but with little success. He's also trying to find a new job for his everyday life, and having about as much luck, though he does get along rather well with a couple of young ladies he shares a building with.But when he finds Raptor standing over a charred corpse, and knowing that his armor has a napalm thrower he comes to the logical conclusion. However, Raptor insists he wasn't guilty of that death.And who has been shadowing Dick, determined that he should have died in the Crisis?
