The Teen Titans are attempting to deal with the fallout from their assault on Brother Blood's citadel when Starfire's powers go berserk. Crashing out of the office of District Attorney Adrian Chase, she finds herself drawn towards a formation of Gordanian slave-ships - under the command of her own sister, Blackfire. The Titans struggle to fend off the Gordanians, but Starfire is carried off beyond their reach. Salvaging a couple of ships, they race into space to try to rescue their comrade before she slips beyond their reach forever.
