Bethany Snow announces that Brother Blood’s resurrection will be broadcast on live TV. Azrael is the opening act for Brother Blood’s resurrection. Frances Kane arrives at Titans’ Tower just before the Titans head for the Church of Blood in Washington D.C., where Nightwing and Raven are being held; Robotman and Jason Todd join the Titans for this case – but Frances Kane is frightened and remains behind. Azrael and Raven are used as props, while Mother Mayhem coordinates Blood’s “resurrection” from behind the scenes. The Titans storm Brother Blood’s headquarters and discover Blood’s confessor, who claims to have killed Raven’s mother, Arella. Meanwhile, Brother Blood returns – his resurrection is complete.
