The Titans plead with Raven to break her brainwashing at the hands of Brother Blood. Meanwhile, Mother Mayhem secretly tampers with Blood’s technology that channels emotions he siphons as a power source. Raven returns to normal and attacks Brother Blood with all her might. Azrael saves Brother Blood from certain death and flies him to a safety. Blood’s Church is exposed, along with Bethany Snow and his followers. Wally West and Frances Kane leave the Tower to start a new life [leading into Flash (second series) #1]. Jason Todd goes back to Gotham City. Changeling vows to find Mento. Starfire wants everything between Dick and herself to be the same as it was before her marriage to Prince Karras, but Dick does not think this is possible. At a monestary in Virginia, Azrael has brought the shattered Blood to a group of monks, where the would-be conqueror now lives an inoffensive life, seemingly unaware of his past actions.
