Changeling reports back to the Titans on his search for Mento. The Titans are later needed to stop a series of terrorist acts from a group of Zandian rebels who want America to help free Zandia. The conflict escalates as their leader becomes desperate and threatens to complete a Kamikaze drive with a car full of explosives. Nightwing is able to reason with the terrorist leader, as she breaks down and surrenders.
