Raven shows Vic Stone and Joe Wilson her new apartment overlooking Broadway. Meanwhile, a man named Arthur learns he has the power to make thoughts into a personal sensory reality inside a person’s head – in effect, making dreams come true. His wife, Elelyn, prompts him to exploit the power for their own benefit. After displaying his powers at South Street Seaport, he is sensed by Raven. Suddenly, Arthur’s powers spin out of control until he is finally contained by Raven. Now powerless, Arthur is comforted by his wife, who regrets her earlier selfish behavior.
