The New Teen Titans, Vol. 2

The Titans visit Mother Mayhem and her newborn daughter, Jessica in the hospital; She thanks them for saving her and her child. All the Titans except Raven have vacation plans. As she prepares for some solace, Phobia induces a fatal heart attack in a man vying to be a United Nations Ambassador. Raven investigates his death as Phobia recieves orders from The Brain to eliminate the remaining candidates, leaving only his candidate to take the available seat. Phobia is successful in eliminating the second candidate, as Raven arrives too late to save him. Phobia confronts the last candidate only to discover it is her estranged father, Lord Hawkins. Phobia breaks down when Lord Hawkins fails to flee – and is forced to confront a lifetime of regrets. Lord Hawkins reaches out to his daughter and Raven leaves them to sort out their relationship. She returns to Titans Tower and closes the file on Phobia.
