In deep space, Arsenal coordinates with the Titans on earth to prevent the Technis from taking over the earth. Prestor Jon is given a new human body by the Technis, and uses his new abilities to protect the Titans from Technis. Arsenal is able to destroy the Technis mastermind, Zavior, thus ending the Technis stranglehold on earth. Despite Changeling’s and Sarah’s protests, Cyborg merges himself with Technis, which allows him to live without pain, as well as save the dying race from extinction.
