The Flash finds the Pied Piper playing, but nothing unusual seems to be happening. But when the Flash stops him, a herd of elephants stampedes through town. The Piper offers to lead them away, for a measly $250,000, which the mayor gladly pays. The Flash is certain the Piper caused the problem, and is determined to stop him from doing it again. When he sees the Piper playing agian, the Flash grabs several musical instruments and joins in. While doing so, he realizes that the Piper is still playing his pipe, but not creating any audible sounds. He makes a few changes, so that the pipe works in reverse, and the Piper quickly confesses so the Flash will save him.
