Once again, Hal excludes Ollie from the hunt for Sinestro. He heads to Korugar, where he finds Sinestro in a facility that brings people closer to death for a chemical high. Hal has no defense against the yellow rays that drive such pleasures, but that doesn't prevent him from signalling for help.
