In Mexico, The Fatman is killed and his corpse is stuffed with pure Fever base to smuggle back to Gotham; Batman confronts The Ventriloquist, saying he would be looking to catch him for pushing Fever, and uses the opportunity to plant a bug inside Scarface; listening through the bug, Batman follows the criminals to a funeral parlour, where The Ventriloquist / Scarface are set to retrieve the Fever base from The Fatman
