Nightwing and Montoya are tearing Gotham apart, looking for the kidnapped Batwoman, but with no luck in finding Mannheim's hideout. Aid comes from an unexpected source as Abbot works with the pair to try to foil Intergang's plot to turn Gotham City into an Apokoliptian firepit. As Abbot and Nightwing work to stop the technology that threatens the city, Montoya embraces her destiny and dons the mask of the Question, going in search of Kate.
