Four factions from two different wars come together around a new mobile power installation called Power Station Alpha. The forces of GI Joe have been assigned to defend it... COBRA wants to exploit it as a weapon of terrorism, the Autobots admire it, and want to keep it out of the hands of the Decepticons, who would use it to provide enough energy to easily win their war on their home world of Cybertron. But when the Autobot Bumblebee is forced to reveal himself to save the life of a young boy endangered by the Insecticon Bombshell, it hurls all four factions into conflict.
