Meet the Circus of Crime's two newest members: Luke Cage, Power Man, and Black Goliath! Claire Temple and D. W. can't let the Circus turn heroes into villains, but freeing them will be a challenge! Claire is able to free Luke, but Goliath is determined to kill him - until Luigi repays Luke for saving his life by freeing Goliath from the Ringmaster's spell! Then the Circus is little difficulty for the two heroes... and D.W., who discovers that hypnotic hat and puts it to good use against its owner!
