A strange plague is sweeping Coast City, causing people to lose mass and vanish unexpectedly, and seemingly at random. The Flash and Green Lantern are called in to try to save as many people as they can, but Green Lantern becomes the next victim. Flash is forced to race against time to discover the cause and cure to the mysterious condition.
