"In Blackest Day..." - John Stewart has dinner with Tawny Young, but frustrates her by keeping aspects of his life secret. Meanwhile, Richard Davis takes the solar jet on a test flight instead of Hal Jordan, and things do not end well.

"Burdens" - A Green Lantern has been more than a crimefighter, and became a political leader on Feron. After 500 years, he realizes he's had too much control over the lives of his race, and is ready to step aside.
