"Half a Green Lantern is Better Than None" - William Hand, black sheep of the Hand family, has assumed the identity of the criminal Black Hand. He creates a device that allows him to send Green Lantern to another dimension, and give Black Hand control of the Lantern's power.
"This World Is Mine!" - A Justice League meeting is interrupted by a call to Coast City, where a paper mache Green Lantern is attacking the town. Hal soon learns that the protonic force thought defeated in issue 24 was sentient and followed him to Earth, where it exploited its knowledge of his weakness and threatened all of Coast City.
