"Menace of the Super-Gorilla!" - Grodd, a super-criminal from the secret Gorilla City, comes to the world of man with plans for world conquest. Having obtained mind control skills from fellow gorilla Solovar, he begins a string of crime. Once Solovar fills the Flash in about Grodd's abilities, the Flash defeats Grodd by overwhelming his senses before Grodd's mind control abilities can come into play.
"The Pied Piper of Peril!" - A series of crimes are begun, but left unfinished. The Pied Piper was so confident in his abilities as a thief, that he taunted the Flash by promising to complete the crimes later. While his mastery of sound and vibrations did give Flash trouble, Flash was eventually able to separate the Pied Piper from his weapon and bring him to justice.
