Batman: Battle for the Cowl

Jason Todd has gone mad, and is waging a one-man war on crime in Gotham... dressed as Batman. But his war has casualties, and they aren't limited to criminals. Tim Drake decided that Gotham needed a Batman, and was struck down by Todd.

But someone else is also attacking Gotham's criminal underworld as well as the city itself. Someone claiming to be Black Mask has devestated Gotham, causing the military to intervene, running the Penguin and Two-Face out of town.
