After the stock market takes a dive, the Fantastic Four find themselves in a tight financial position. They are forced to sell their equipment in order to pay the bills, but get a reprieve when they are offered $1,000,000 to appear in a movie as themselves. When they get to Hollywood, they learn that the producer is none other than Namor himself, though they do not suspect his true motives; the movie is a trap so that he may defeat the males and marry Sue.
