General Thunderbolt Ross arrives at Fantastic Four headquarters asking for help. In feats of tremendous strength, several military weapon installations have been sabotaged. Convinced that only the Hulk could cause the damage, he recruits the FF to stop the Jade Giant once and for all. The FF meet the rest of Ross' team, and don't understand why Bruce Banner and Rick Jones are so convinced that it's not the Hulk that's responsible. In fact, the pair insist on referring to the saboteur as "The Wrecker" instead.
