Plot

Ten years ago, Ben Webster had his investigation into a corrupt Russian business in Kazakhstan crushed. Now employed by a private London intelligence agency, his interest is piqued when a client asks him to expose the dealings of a shadowy Russian oligarch Konstantin Malin. Webtser is fixated by Malin and his front man Richard Lock, but how far is he willing to risk the well-being of his family and that of Lock? Lock himself begins to realise that he too may be at risk after one of Malin's former proteges is found dead, and that he must take action as his options are fast running out.
