Katsumi's apartment has been damaged by the battles with the Lucifer Hawks, so she decides to stay with the other AMP members.

Yuki hears the bad news that her two friends from her childhood were killed and this awakens her past memories.

The computer networks have been hacked in Tokyo by somebody that has been using a image of a Cheshire cat and the city is now at a stand still, The AMP team try to find the hacker.

Ganossa Maximilian and Rosa Cheyenne make a plan to take over the human world, and Rosa comes to Rally to kill her.

It has been six months since Katsumi has left the AMP team and is now living with Roy De Vice. The board team has now acknowledged the Lucifer Hawks's extra terrestrials, but Roy does not know that Nemisis blood is coursing though Katsumi's veins.

Rally tells Katsumi the story of the Silent Crisis and what Katsumi's father wanted to achieve with Project Gaia.

The AMP gets a new member, a Chinese girl named Lum Cheng.

Yuki goes to an antique shop because she wants to purchase a coffee grinder, but she finds out that the owner is a Lucifer Hawk. During their fight, Yuki and the Lucifer Hawk go thirty years to the past of pre-apocalyptic Tokyo. When she awakens she finds been taken care of by a young man named Toru Washio. She teaches him how to make coffee.

Kiddy Phenyl has been charge with a murder of that is based on circumstantial evidence and gets arrested while on the chase of a magadyne tat happens to be the real culprit. Her boyfriend Ralph knows that she is innocent.

The Mobile Police Division does an investigation that only has a single survivor, a young girl. Also Ralph and Roy find that a drug is being distributed by their superiors called Domull which can turn humans into monsters.

Lum Cheng decides to take Katsumi on a drive to seaside to brighten her day. But when they get there, they find the rest of the AMP team there already.

The AMP rescues Roy from the evil Lucifer hawk and Rosa has attacked Rally back at the AMP headquarters. Ganossa kidnaps Katsumi and holds her hostage in a test that will make Roy show how much he truly loves her.

Kiddy has organized a reunion party at a cafe and Katsumi decides to go to it.

Rally wants Mana to increase the security protection around the Avalance files because they contain data on Project Gaia.

Katsumi has revealed herself to be a traitor and the AMP might be disbanded and Yuki can't seem to control her powers.

Ganossa has invited Rally to meet him alone at the Tokyo Stadium to which she agrees even though she thinks it's a trap. She gets caught in a spell by Nami who is under the control of Ganossa.

Katsumi is now possessed by the Medium and wants to take control of the AMP and she attacks her former team members.

It has been a week since the AMP building was destroyed and the Tokyo Administration has publicly announced the existence of the Lucifer Hawk. The AMP members are in the hospital. The Tokyo Administration is requiring the evacuation of the entire Tokyo population in case theirs future Lucifer Hawk attacks.
