Plot

Born into privilege in Hungary, Gruenwald's childhood came to an end in 1944 when he and his family were sent to Auschwitz. During his incarceration, his instinct for survival helped him live through three concentration camps. His story shows how he was determined to make his way in whatever situation he found himself.
