Four book set: 1) JEWISH SPIRITUALITY AND ETHICS - Spirituality and ethics are closely bound in Judaism. Ethics is behavior and doing. In Judaism this might be characterized by the word mitzvah. May this book serve as a source of increased spirituality motivating us to do that which is right and just. 2) JEWISH SPIRITUALITY AND PEACE OF MIND - The term "peace of mind" would probably be translated by most Jews with the single Hebrew term shalom. Shalom means more than hello or goodbye. It also implies harmony, wholeness and integrity. When we associate shalom with peace, it also implied peace of mind. 3) JEWISH SPIRITUALITY AND FAITH - Through the lends of spirituality we constantly see the miracle of existence and are inspired to live a meaningful life. In this way we understand that what we daily think and do does matter in the life of the universe. Even more, this approach gives us purpose and faith. 4) JEWISH SPIRITUALITY AND TORAH - Torah is one of the essential components of Jewish spirituality. While Torah certainly includes instruction, learning, ethics and wisdom, it is also an expression of Jewish belief and feeling about the nature of the universe.
