Connor Hawke arrives in Star City to find his father, Green Arrow, about to be run out of the mayor's office.Ollie has agreed not to fight the forced election campaign in return for the new mayor to keep various welfare programs running and not to touch Speedy and her past.Speedy meanwhile finds some information that Brick is reforming a gang which includes, among others, Merlyn.As the two Green Arrows and Speedy set out to make as much right as they can, Black Canary arrives to lend a hand.
