Homeowner Homer
After winning a new jacuzzi, Homer learns that the Homeowner Association rules won't let him install it on his property. When he's unable to argue his case at the Association's meeting, a stranger advises Homer to run for the presidency of the Homeowners Association himself. With the man's help, he wins the election... only to see the authority go to his head.
