Thor has rebuilt Asgard, and is ready for the next step in its restoration: repopulation. He is drawn to New Orleans after the floods, where he is willing to do what he can to help people. Iron Man arrives, and tries to explain the post-Civil War world to his old friend in an attempt to recruit Thor to the cause. Thor makes it extremely clear that he is not pleased with what has transpired in his absence, and though this is not the time for it, he will deal with Stark and the implications of his decisions.
