The X-Men give the mayor of San Fransisco a personal tour of their new base. San Fransisco has been declared a mutant sanctuary, and is safe for all mutants and their families. Well, at least, as safe as it can be in the presence of decomissioned Sentinels and the Dreaming Celestial, particularly when Magneto and the High Evolutionary arrive to tinker with them.
