Justice, Like Lightning...
| Release: | Nov 17, 1999 |

The JSA officially announces their reformation, including opening the JSA Museum to the public for the first time. This is interrupted by the sudden arrival of Black Adam in downtown New York. He proceeds to ruthlessly beat on the JSA, as Dr. Fate, Hawkgirl, and Hourman head to ancient Egypt in order try and find a way to defeat him. Dr. Fate uses his own lightning to return Black Adam to his human form, Theo Adam, who the JSA quickly disable. After Green Lantern discovers a tumor in Theo's brain, Cameron Chase shows up to take him into custody for the DEO. The main story is observed from a distance by Director Bones of the DEO, who apparently has plans for the JSA.
