After Two-Face escaped Arkham, he had the Crime Doctor convert Paul Sloane to look like Two-Face once more, so that Sloane as Two-Face would throw off the trail of anything the real Two-Face was planning; Sloane wakes up and believes himself to be Two-Face; Batman and Robin catch up to Sloane but Two-Face intervenes; Sloane tranquilizes Batman, Robin & Two-Face and place them on a train rigged with explosives.
