The Reaper uses an informer to convince the police of a drug deal at a warehouse which is really where the drug cartel are based out of; Bruce Wayne proposes to Rachel Caspian; the police attack the warehouse, and the Reaper begins killing the drug lords until Batman stops him; Gordon realizes Batman's true intentions; Batman takes Chill to Crime Alley and reveals his identity before the Reaper comes and kills him; Batman and Reaper have one final battle; Rachel returns to the convent
