The Reaper's killing of criminals continues; Batman practices firing a gun by using Joe Chill's gun; Bruce Wayne continues to try and romance Rachel Caspian, unaware her father is The Reaper; Batman tells Gordon that he has a plan to capture The Reaper, and despite what Gordon may see, he will always be Gordon's friend; Batman prevents The Reaper from another mob boss killing, but resorts to using a gun against Gordon; Batman calls a truce with the mafia to join and capture The Reaper and meets Joe Chill.
