Secret War

Luke Cage and Jessica Jones return home to find someone in their apartment. Shortly thereafter, an explosion leaves Cage hospitalized, and in serious condition as a result of the explosion. Nick Fury arrives to check on him, and flashes back to learning that the Tinkerer has been funding technology based criminals, not for a cut, but because he's being paid to do so. Fury brought this information to the President, who did nothing. Fury found this lack of action unacceptable.
