Aus einer Kundenrezension: Pros: Books themselves are great quality. The pages seem thicker than regular pages so withstand a lot of use. Stories are great. My son LOVES Thomas. Cons: Having the device separate from the book does not feel like 'reading'. We have this reader and the original story reader. With this set because you have to push a button and then turn a page, my son (almost 3) doesn't ever use the device. He sometimes uses the electronic device w/o the books but not for the duration of the whole story. He would much rather me read the book than use the electronic device. I don't mind that but he much prefers th original story reader with the spiral bind. With the original reader, (at least for him) it encourages independence. He is able to put the cartridge in and put the books in the device and flip pages.
