Vril Dox II is the super-intelligence in charge of L.E.G.I.O.N., an inter-galactic police force. Or, at least, he was. Now he's on the run, a fugitive from the organization he built with a trail of bounty hunters at his heels. Traveling to Earth, he desperately tries to reach Supergirl. The mysterious warning he received before L.E.G.I.O.N. turned on him gave him specific instructions, including finding her.
