In the wake of the attack of Gah Lak Tus on Earth, the sentient android known as Vision decides to leave so that she may prepare other civilizations with the new knowledge she has gained. However, before she is able to leave she receives a signal from Gah Lak Tus, emanating from a space station in Earth's orbit. There she finds that an insane scientist named George Tarleton has captured one of the damaged Gah Lak Tus modules and plans to revive it.
