A group of mercenaries called Warzone are battling one another in Las Vegas. One of the mercenaries, Charlie, hurt someone Mr. Fixit cares about. So while Spider-Man attempts to stop their rampage, the Hulk is determined to distract Spider-Man by constantly putting innocents in danger.
