Silver Surfer, Vol. 3

Ego tracks down the Silver Surfer. He has been able to overcome the rocket engine that Galactus attached to him, but it requires a lot of energy to do so, and he's been forced to consume life as Galactus does to maintain himself. Ego tries to consume the Surfer, but the Silver Surfer evades such a fate long enough to power up Galactus' engine, overpowering Ego's control over his own orbit. Ego agrees to grant the Surfer freedom in exchange for regaining control over his own orbit.
