Following the events of Fear #17, Wundarr finds himself at sea, and encounters Namorita before heading to New York. Namorita realizes he's a boy trapped in a powerful man's body, and convinces Namor that they need to follow and help him. Meanwhile, Wundarr's tantrum is causing a lot of damage in New York, and the Thing is forced to intervene.
