What is the GOSPEL?
Do I understand it so I explain it?
What if a friend asked ?
“You’re a Christian, aren’t you? I’d like to know more about it…”
What do I say? Where do I begin?

How do I make it clear?
Colossians 4:3-4 And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. 4 Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should.

Jesus does not give us a simple, universal, complete gospel presentation …
One gospel … but each person is unique, the gospel must be explained for them …

Mark 16:15-16
And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.

What is this gospel Jesus wanted everyone to hear.. the power of God unto salvation?
I must make sure I understand the gospel if I hope to explain it to others …
