2 Timothy 2:22 Flee also youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
Our culture is encouraging young people to be sexually active …
We must insulate ourselves …

2 Be aware of the parameters of youth..
1 Timothy 4:12 Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

Recognize you have a responsibility to live in a way that people respect you..
Generalization: you don’t know much ..
Some young people are looked down on because of the way they act ..

Titus 2:7-8 in all things showing yourself to be a pattern of good works; in doctrine showing integrity, reverence, incorruptibility, 8 sound speech that cannot be condemned, that one who is an opponent may be ashamed, having nothing evil to say of you.

Endure hardship .. sometimes give up the fun thing to do the right thing..

1 Timothy 5:1-2 Do not rebuke an older man, but exhort him as a father, younger men as brothers, 2 older women as mothers, younger women as sisters, with all purity.

4 Be sensible ..
