BASIC.Communion is the final film in a seven-part short film series featuring Francis Chan. When Jesus told His disciples to “do this in remembrance of me,” they were sharing a meal together. Today we've made communion more impersonal, something that we do facing forward in a church service. That's not the way Jesus did it. He gathered the disciples for a meal, and they practiced communion in relationship. Communion is a “do you remember” kind of event. Do you remember what the body of Christ is about?
