Plot

Ezra and his friend Shub are fun-loving, mischief-making kids who often find themselves in the shadow of their well-known fathers: the prophet Isaiah and his right-hand man, Tola. But all the serious talk about ""the remnant"" and devotion to duty leaves Ezra and Shub frustrated and wondering why they can't just be boys instead of living up to their fathers' reputations. Though Tola warns his son about the consequences of disobedience, Ezra rebels, determined to prove his father wrong. Once he faces some unexpected trouble, Ezra realizes his father may be wiser than he once thought. From the Heritage Builders ministry of Focus on the Family.
