Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease is one of the classic works in TCM written by Zhang Zhongjing in the Eastern Han Dynasty (about 200-219 AD). As the first clinical medical book of exterior diseases in TCM history, Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease initiated the treatment based on six-channel syndrome differentiation, and a dramatic milestone in TCM. There are eight major chapters, 113 prescriptions, and 398 clauses in the work.
