America's hottest celebrity couple has called it quits and publicist Lee Phillips (Billy Crystal) must handle the fallout as their new movie is set to debut just as soon as the director (Christopher Walken) relinquished his death grip on the film. At the film's press junket, Eddie Thomas (John Cusack) does his best to win Gwen Harrison (Catherine Zeta-Jones) back and succeeds in igniting a spark. What no one counted on was Gwen's wallflower sister, the newly svelte Kiki (Julia Roberts). Tired of taking a backseat to Gwen's whiny demands and being Eddie's go-to every time Gwen breaks his heart, Kiki demands respect. Will her voice be heard?
