Bridget Jones: På randen af fornuft

Office girl Bridget Jones (Renée Zellweger) finally has a stable relationship in her single and clumsy life with high-flyer human-right lawyer Mark Darcy (Colin Firth). Everything is set for romance but Bridget is insecure, jealous, paranoid and eventually she and Mark split up, but not before blessing the audience with several great gags including the holiday on ski from hell. Our heroine then flies to Thailand to go back to her TV career and off she is again with previous boss Daniel Cleaver (Hugh Grant). Among other adventures, magic mushrooms and friends of friends she finds herself in the deep recesses of a Thai prison. Just the time to start a serious reflection on her life, and teaching the best of the pop music and dance moves to her fellow inmates, that Mark Darcy's network is in full swing and he eventually secures her freedom... but will he also win her heart back? Or will she be happy again?
