Jonas (Anders W. Berthelsen) is a regular guy, living a quiet and simple life with his wife and two children. Things take a drastic turn when Jonas causes a woman named Julia (Rebecka Hemse) to crash her car. The accident is so bad that Julia goes into a coma. When she wakes up, Julia has absolutely no memory, and has instead somehow created a new version of reality. In this new reality and imagination, Julia believes she is waiting for her exotic new boyfriend Sebastian to fly in to see her. When Jonas goes to the hospital to see how Julia is doing, she believes that Jonas is Sebastian. Jonas decides to humor Julia, and begins to take on the role of being this new exotic boyfriend. In doing so, Jonas is hoping to give Julia a new life since she can't remember her old one. While fun at first, the truth begins to creep up on Jonas.
