This film is based on the real life story of John Wayne Gacy, Jr. (Mark Holton) Notoriously known as the "Killer Clown", because of the parties he threw for friends and neighbors. It all starts in Wisconsin in 1953 ,when John Wayne Gacy, Sr.(Adam Baldwin) abuses his son (Scott Allen Henry) sexually. Gacy Sr. is convicted but only serves 18 months before returning home. As Gacy Jr. grows older, he becomes a well respected businessman able to cover up his tortured past. There is talk about a political career. He even rents out his guest room to Tom Kovacs(Charlie Weber). And all the while, nobody suspects that Gacy Jr. is torturing and killing over thirty innocent boys.
